Beauty by Appointment is a New Zealand-owned and operated business. The following terms and conditions policy follow the requirements of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand Law. All prices listed on this website are in NZ dollars and include GST.

Cancellation Policy for Appointments in Clinic

We know that sometimes you are unable to make your appointment and it's necessary for you to change it. During this time with COVID-19, to safeguard and protect the health and well-being of our clients and staff, we encourage you to please contact your clinic as soon as possible to reschedule any appointments with us if you're feeling unwell. We will do our best to find the next best available appointment that is mutually suitable.  We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery Times

We endeavour to have your products shipped to you within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will receive an email notification once your products have been shipped. Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery and note that there can be delays due to postal and courier services. This is subject to stock availability and you will be advised if a Product is unavailable. We supply to New Zealand addresses only.

New Zealand Shipping

$10.00 flat fee per order.

Variance

Every effort has been made to ensure that the images for the products displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. 

Payment Gateway

All payments via the website are processed securely using Stripe payments.

Returns & Refunds

We generally do not refund any item bought online or in the clinic unless it is faulty and/or required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. In some circumstances, we do allow you to return items and in this situation, the item must be in its original condition and the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. If you're not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

Damaged Orders

We do our best to ensure that all items are securely packaged before shipping. If you have a genuine issue with regard to the item being damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your parcel and include photographs of the damage. If your order has arrived damaged, please ensure ALL original packaging, including the courier delivery bag it was delivered is kept. We cannot replace or claim for damaged items without everything being accounted for.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).  We take care to provide accurate pricing but in the event of a pricing error on our website, the inaccurate price will not be honoured and we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our online store. Accessories used in photographs are not included in the price.

Resale Prohibited

You may not sell or resell any Product you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order or Products or Services to be provided to you if we believe, in our sole discretion, it may result in the violation of our Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Beauty by Appointment collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.beautyby.co.nz website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Beauty by Appointment.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Beauty by Appointment may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service - Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

  • To improve our Site - We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

  • To send periodic emails - We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

  • Sharing your personal information - We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Beauty by Appointment has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
